The month
Three phases, one roof.
Everyone lives in the villa together for the month. The two hours together stay the daily anchor throughout — what they're for changes as the group moves from idea to strategy to execution.
Days 3–7
Strategy
Five days deciding who it's for, what to build first, and what to leave alone — the calls people usually stall on for months, forced along by everyone else in the villa making the same ones.
Days 8–28
Execution
Three weeks of building. The daily rhythm holds — two hours together to unblock and stay accountable, then heads down for the rest of the day — bookended by two marathons.

Kickoff
Day 8. A full day, not the usual two hours — turning five days of strategy into a real plan, with a running start on it before the day ends.
Final push
The last day. Ship something, show something, or both — the villa's last push before everyone leaves.

Do I need a business already?
No. A live product helps, but a real commitment to build one this year is enough. What it isn't is a place to shop for ideas — come with a direction.

What language is it in?
English and French, with some Moroccan Arabic in the room.
